Weekly Pool Cleaning Service
The same technician on the same day every week: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets emptied, water tested and balanced for Tucson hard water.

Weekly cleaning, water care and repairs for Sahuarita pools, from family back yards in Rancho Sahuarita to seasonal homes in Quail Creek.
Sahuarita runs along the Santa Cruz River south of Tucson, with the Santa Rita Mountains to the east and the pecan orchards along the valley floor. Two very different kinds of pool owner live here.
Rancho Sahuarita is mostly families in production homes with compact back yards, where the pool is a summer fixture and gets used every afternoon. Quail Creek is an active adult community with a high share of seasonal and retired owners, many of whom spend part of the year away. Both have HOA community pools as well as private ones.
The family pools need water that keeps up with heavy use. The seasonal pools need someone checking them through the months nobody is home, because that is when a pump stops, a timer resets after a power blip, or a monsoon storm fills the water with dust and leaves. Hard water is common to all of them, and calcium builds up on the waterline tile with every top-off from the hose.
Everything we do is available in Sahuarita.
The same technician on the same day every week: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets emptied, water tested and balanced for Tucson hard water.
Diagnosis and repair for the problems that stop a pool working: no flow, air in the lines, leaks at the pad, tripped breakers and failed parts.
Pumps that hum, leak, overheat or will not prime, repaired where it makes sense and replaced with a variable speed pump where it does not.
Cartridge and DE filters taken apart, cleaned, inspected and put back, so the pump is not fighting a clogged filter through the heat and dust.
Green, cloudy or black pools brought back after a monsoon, a vacancy or a missed month, with an honest call on when a drain is the better fix.
Draining water that hard water and stabilizer buildup have made impossible to balance, an acid wash where the surface needs it, and a clean start-up.
The white crust on the waterline tile removed without scratching the tile, then kept from coming back with better water balance.
Heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, timers, automation, valves and plumbing at the pad, repaired or replaced and set up to run efficiently.
Scheduled service for community, apartment and hospitality pools, with chemical logs kept and the pool ready for county health inspections.
A family pool used every day and a seasonal pool left alone for months need different attention. We set the visit routine to how your pool is actually used.
For seasonal owners, every visit ends with a note: readings, water level, how the equipment sounded, and anything that needs a decision.
HOA and community pools in Sahuarita are part of our commercial service, with chemical logs kept for each visit.
It depends on the size of the pool, whether there is a spa, how much debris the yard collects, and whether chemicals are included. We quote a flat monthly price for weekly service after the first visit, so you know the number before service starts.
Every week: test and balance the water, skim, brush the walls and steps, vacuum, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, and check the filter pressure. Keep the pump running long enough to turn over all the water, longer in summer. Clean the filter on a regular schedule, and keep an eye on calcium, because Tucson water is hard. If that list sounds like a lot in July heat, that is what weekly service is for.
Sunlight is the biggest one. UV breaks chlorine down quickly, which is why stabilizer matters in the desert. Heat, heavy swimmer use, sunscreen, leaves, dust and rain all use it up too. In a Sahuarita summer, a pool can burn through its chlorine in a day without the right balance.
Not straight away. Fresh fill water needs testing first, then a proper start-up that brings pH, alkalinity and calcium into range before the pool is fully sanitized. On new plaster the start-up has its own steps. We handle start-ups after every drain and refill.
Tell us about your pool, and whether you are away for part of the year. We will come out, test the water, look over the equipment and get you on a weekly route.
