Agreement
These terms apply to your use of tucsonpoolservicepros.com. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What this website is
This website describes pool service, cleaning and repair offered in the Tucson metropolitan area for homes, HOAs and commercial properties. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it creates a binding agreement to service or repair a pool.
These terms are not a service or repair contract. Any weekly service, repair, drain and refill or other work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement or service authorization, which sets out the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs.
Quotes and pricing
Any cost discussion or example on this website is general guidance only. It is not a quote and not an offer. The real price of weekly service or a repair depends on the size and condition of the pool, whether it has a spa, salt system, heater or water features, the equipment installed, how much debris the property drops into the water, and the parts a repair needs. None of that can be known without a visit.
A quote exists only once we have seen the pool and given you a written price. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and useful, and it is written from the conditions pools face in this region. Even so, water discharge rules, health department requirements for public and semi-public pools, product specifications, equipment efficiency standards and manufacturer guidance change over time, and content here may become out of date.
Nothing on this website is legal advice, electrical advice, or a substitute for a determination by the authority with jurisdiction. Rules on where and how pool water may be drained differ between the City of Tucson, unincorporated Pima County and the surrounding towns. Confirm current requirements for your address before relying on anything you read here.
General pool care and safety information on this website is not a substitute for advice about your specific pool. Pool chemicals are hazardous. Do not mix them, and follow the label. Do not work on pool electrical equipment yourself; turn it off at the breaker and call a qualified professional.
Use of the website
You may use this website for your own personal, non commercial purposes. You may not use it in any way that damages or disrupts it or interferes with anyone else's use of it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any connected system, or scrape, harvest or systematically copy its content.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics and layout, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute it without our written consent. You are welcome to link to it.
Third party links
This website may link to other websites, such as local government or health department resources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the website and its content, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights under a written agreement with us.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number through a form on this website and agree to be contacted by text, we may send text messages about your enquiry, your estimate, your service schedule and repairs. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the last updated date at the top. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
