Weekly Pool Cleaning Service
The same technician on the same day every week: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets emptied, water tested and balanced for Tucson hard water.

Weekly cleaning, water care and repairs for Marana pools, from first year pools in new subdivisions to established yards in Continental Ranch.
Marana has grown fast. Gladden Farms, Saguaro Springs and the newer sections along the I-10 corridor are full of production homes built in the last decade or two, many with a pool that went in with the house or a few years after. Continental Ranch is more established, and up toward Dove Mountain the lots get bigger and the pools more involved, with the Tortolita Mountains behind them.
That growth shapes what pools here need. A lot of owners are new to pools altogether. They bought the house, inherited the pool, and are not sure what the pump schedule should be or why the water keeps turning cloudy in July. Newer neighborhoods also have young landscaping and open ground nearby, so monsoon winds blow a lot of fine dust straight into the water. That dust loads the filter, feeds algae and can turn a clear pool green within days of a storm.
Hard water is the other constant. Every top-off from the hose adds more calcium, and in a pool only a few years old that is when scale starts showing on the waterline tile. Catching it early is far easier than taking it off later.
Everything we do is available in Marana.
The same technician on the same day every week: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets emptied, water tested and balanced for Tucson hard water.
Diagnosis and repair for the problems that stop a pool working: no flow, air in the lines, leaks at the pad, tripped breakers and failed parts.
Pumps that hum, leak, overheat or will not prime, repaired where it makes sense and replaced with a variable speed pump where it does not.
Cartridge and DE filters taken apart, cleaned, inspected and put back, so the pump is not fighting a clogged filter through the heat and dust.
Green, cloudy or black pools brought back after a monsoon, a vacancy or a missed month, with an honest call on when a drain is the better fix.
Draining water that hard water and stabilizer buildup have made impossible to balance, an acid wash where the surface needs it, and a clean start-up.
The white crust on the waterline tile removed without scratching the tile, then kept from coming back with better water balance.
Heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, timers, automation, valves and plumbing at the pad, repaired or replaced and set up to run efficiently.
Scheduled service for community, apartment and hospitality pools, with chemical logs kept and the pool ready for county health inspections.
If the pool came with the house, we explain what we are doing and why: how long the pump should run in summer versus winter, what the readings mean, and what to watch between visits.
Open ground and new landscaping mean more dust in the water. We add a cleanup visit after a heavy monsoon storm when the pool needs it, and clean the filter before it starts choking the pump.
On a newer pool, waterline scale is still light. Keeping the water balanced for Tucson hard water from the start saves a much bigger tile cleaning job a few years from now.
The rate depends on the pool size, whether there is a spa, how much debris blows or falls into the water, and whether chemicals are included. We give you a flat monthly price for weekly service after the first visit, before anything starts.
Test and balance the water, brush the walls and steps, skim and vacuum, empty the baskets, and check that the pump runs long enough each day. In summer, chlorine needs the most attention because heat and sun burn it off fast. After a dust storm, clean the filter and rebalance before algae gets a start.
Circulation, cleaning and chemistry. Circulation means running the pump long enough to move all the water through the filter. Cleaning means skimming, brushing and vacuuming. Chemistry means keeping sanitizer, pH, alkalinity and calcium in range. In Marana summers all three are under pressure at once.
On most pools it goes through the pump basket and into the filter, which is why the filter needs cleaning more often after a dusty stretch. On some setups it can be sent to waste instead, which skips the filter but takes water out of the pool, so it has to be topped back up.
Tell us about your pool, how old it is and what has been going on with it. We will come out, test the water, look over the equipment and get you on a weekly route.
We will call to set up a visit and a water test. If it cannot wait, call (520) 555-0163.
